摘要
智能型机车制动缸试验台采用气动原理、工控机智能控制技术,完成力、气压、位移等非电量信号的数据采集,实现试验数据的自动记录,并打印数据报表。该试验台提高了制动缸检修后性能试验数据的准确性及客观真实性,提高了性能试验的自动化程度,可减轻工人的劳动强度。
This paper presents the intelligent testing bench for locomotive brake cylinder, with which the non-electric signals including force, air pressure and displacement can automatically sampled and eventual printed by employing pneumatic and intelligent control technology. This greatly increases the accuracy and authenticity of the sampled data on one hand, and on the other hand alleviates the hard labor.
