摘要 为保证核聚变实验装置HL-2A的大功率磁场电源系统的正常可靠运行,电源逻辑与控制保护系统采用了以西门子可编程序控制器(PLC)为核心的设计方案。此系统由2台上位监控机、1个PLC主站和4个由ET200M组成的子站构成,通过Profibus现场总线通讯,软件采用西门子STEP7和WinCC组态软件。给出了大功率电源控制系统的控制要求、功能和工作原理以及系统PLC硬件构成图和软件流程框图,总结了系统研制中一些实际问题的解决办法。该系统实现了电源运行的自动控制、状态监测、系统管理及故障诊断和事故保护报警等功能,已研制调试完毕,并正式投入运行。应用结果表明,该系统设计合理,运行稳定可靠,较好地满足了物理实验对电源控制的要求。 To achieve the safe and reliable operation of high power supply in HL-2A Tokamak, an logic control and protection system based on Siemens PLC is applied. The system consists of two monitoring computers, one PLC main station and four sub-stations, which communicate by Profibus. And Siemens STEP7 and WinCC software are used in the system. The operation mode and control demands are introduced, and the function and principle of the system are explained. The system structure and the procedure flow chart are given. The functions such as automatic control, condition monitoring, system management and accident protection are realized. The operation results show that the design of this system is reasonable and satisfies the requiremment of HL-2A power supply.
