摘要
针对目前尚无某金属浮选过程回收率预测模型的现状,以矿物浮选过程作为研究对象,以矿浆的动力学模型作为建模主体,在动力学模型的基础上采用灰色理论GM(1,1)建立一个残差补偿模型。利用前时刻实际回收率与预测回收率之间的偏差预估后时刻的偏差,将此偏差与动力学模型预测的回收率输出并联求和,对根据动力学原理建立的机理模型进行偏差补偿,得到一个集成模型。通过仿真检验,模型能够准确地预测浮选的回收率,达到满意的效果,为浮选过程仿真软件的开发提供了有力的参考。
To the mineral flotation process, the kinetic model of pulp is established. By using the GM ( 1,1 ) in grey theory, the deviation compensation model is developed on the basis of kinetic model. The next deviation between practical and predicted recovery rates is predicted by using the former deviation, which is added to the recovery rate computed by kinetic model. Then the mechanism model based on kinetic theory is compensated and an integration model is built. This model can predict the recovery rate of flotation through simulation and the purpose is satisfied.
