摘要
目的就诊患儿的家长开展手足口病防控知识的宣传教育活动,进而评价健康教育的效果。方法对患儿家长预防手足口病知识及相关态度、行为进行干预,评价干预后的效果。结果健康教育干预后,提高了调查对象对手足口病的认知能力和防控知识水平,改变了卫生行为的技能,能认可手足口病的各项防控措施,并产生较强的连锁宣传效应。结论开展预防手足口病的健康教育干预,可提高高危人群家长的防控知识和对各项防控措施的认可,降低手足口病的感染率及危重病例的发生率和防止手足口病的暴发流行起到了积极作用。
Objective To assess the results of health education intervention on prevention and control of hand-foot- mouth disease among heads of households of children with hand-foot-muth disease. Methods Health education intervention on the prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease was conducted among heads of households of children with the disease and the results were assessed after the intervention. Results The knowledge level and capability of the target population in prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease was enhanced and their unhealthy behaviors changed. Conclusions Health education interventions can enhance the knowledge level of target population in prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease, thus it is an effective way for reduce the incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease in the locality.
