过敏性紫癜患者sFas/sFasL、TNFα的变化及相关性研究 被引量:1

Analysis of change of levels of sFas/sFasL and TNFα in patients with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

摘要 目的探讨sFas/sFasL、TNFα在过敏性紫癜患者发病中的作用。方法采用固相酶联免疫分析法检测75例HSP患者血清sFas/sFasL、TNFα水平。结果HSP患者血清sFas/sFasL、TNFα水平均高于健康对照组,HSP急性期患者血清sFas、TNFα显著高于缓解期,而sFasL水平未见显著差异。在75例HSP患者中,有31例sFas、sFasL水平同时升高,HSP急性期患者血清sFas的增高与TNFα增高呈正相关(r=0.498,P<0.01),而其他组间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论sFas水平与HSP的炎症程度有关,高浓度sFas、sFasL可抑制Ts细胞对Th的负向调节,血清sFas/sFasL、TNFα的水平与HSP发病有一定关系,血清sFas/sFasL、TNFα水平的检测有望为HSP的免疫生物治疗提供新思路。 Objective To investigate the value of sFas/sFasL and TNFα in diagnosis of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP). Methods An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was utilized to detect the levels of sFas/sFasL,TNFα in serum of 75 HSP patients. Results The serum levels of sFas, sFasL and TNFα in HSP patients were higher than those of healthy individuals.The serum levels of sFas, TNFα in HSP patients at active period were significantly higher than those in recessive period (P〈0.01).The levels of sFas, sFasL were both increased in HSP patients. The serum levels of sFas were correlated with TNFα. Conclusion The serum levels of sFas were positively correlated to inflammatory degree of HSP patients.High serum levels of sFas and sFasL could suppress down-regulation of 'Is to Th lymphocytes.The detection of sFas, sFasL and TNFct might play an important role in the pathogenesis of HSP and they supply a alternative for bioimmunological treatment of HSP.
