结节性甲状腺肿术后复发防治的探讨

Prevention and treatment of recurrent nodular goitre

摘要 目的探讨结节性甲状腺肿术后复发的相关因素和防治措施。方法回顾性分析我院2000～2008年术后复发性结节性甲状腺肿36例的临床资料(包括病理、病变类型、手术适应症、手术方式以及再次手术方式)。结果结节性甲状腺肿术后复发与病变的类型(多发者占69.44%)、手术适应证的掌握及手术方式(单纯结节切除占27.78%,腺叶部分切除占47.22%)等密切相关。36例再次手术加左旋甲状腺素治疗后无1例复发。结论正确选择手术方式及规范、系统术后辅助用药可减少结节性甲状腺肿术后复发。
