摘要
目的观察消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将105例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为两组,治疗组(55例)和对照组(50例)在常规治疗基础上加服消旋卡多曲颗粒(乐度),观察其疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为87.27%、70.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组平均疗程(5.36±1.57)d,对照组平均疗程(7.37±1.93)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小儿轮状病毒肠炎使用消旋卡多曲有利于减轻腹泻症状和缩短病程,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and security of Racecadotril Granules on rotavirus enteritis in infants. Methods 105 cases of infant rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into the treatment groups（55 cases） and the control group（50 cases）. Racecadotril Granules was used in the treatment group besides the routine therapy. The curative effects and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 87. 27% and 70. 00%, respectively. It showed significant difference between the two groups. The average hospitalization of both groups were （5.36 ± 1.57）d and （7.37 ± 1.93）d respectively, with significant difference. Conclusion Racecadotril Granules is effective and can relieve the symptoms of diarrhea and shorten the course of disease. It is worthy of generalization.
