摘要 在HRV频域分析中,比较研究了RR间期作为事件序列(Event series)与化为时间序列(Time series)分析所获得的结果.结果表明在平均心率较大和较小的时间片中,频谱将被改变.对后一种分析方法,我们借用“语谱图”的概念,将信号频谱随时间的变化直观地进行显示,提供HRV时域和频域上较完整的变化信息.正常人和不同心梗病人的这种“心率谱图”在低频段和高频段所显示的不同模式,可能为探索不同情况下心率的交感-迷走控制过程及其临床应用提供新途径. Frequency analysis approaches of HRV with RR intervals as event series and transferred as time series were compared. The results suggested that the former may introduce some spurious frequency components. Based on the latter procedure, an analysis similar to the spectrogram in speech studies was introduced, a 'Cardio-Spectrogram' obtained in this way could show the variation process of spectra of RR internals with time intutitively, and more information about the time-varying process of the spectrum of HRV could be obtained. The different patterns of 'format' both in low frequency range and high frequency range shown in the cardio-spectrograms for normal subjects and AMI patients may be helpful for clinical diagnosis and for exploration of the sympathetic vs. vagus control balance of heart rate for these different subjects.
