摘要
介绍高灵敏度加速度型机电传感器的工作原理，建立频率响应特性方程，对其工作特性进行分析．
The present paper deals with introduce the working principle of an acceleration electro-mechanical sensor with a high sensitivity, new theory of its frequency response characteristic equation,and analyzes its working characteristic.
