摘要
目的探讨内镜下氩离子凝固术（APC）对消化道息肉的治疗作用。方法我院2005年1月-2007年12月对消化道息肉样病变145例行内镜下APC治疗。结果对于直径〈10mm的息肉仅用APC即可清除，〉10mm的亚蒂和有蒂息肉先行圈套器切除后再用APC处理残端组织后全部治愈。结论APC对于各种消化道息肉样病变治疗安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of the endoscopic argon plasma coagulation（APC）for the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.Methods 145 patients with gastrointestinal polyps were treated by using argon plasma coagulation under endoscopy from Jan 2005 to Dec 2007. Results These patients with polyps of diameter 〈 10mm were cured directly by APC, those polyps of diameter 〉 10mm were pedunculated polyps, they were treated by poly pectomy with snare before argon plasma coagulation for stump clearance. Conclusion Teatment of gastrointestinal polyps by argon plasma coagulation under endoscopy is of satty and satisfactory the rapeutie efficacy.
