摘要
目的通过总结射频消融术(RFCA)治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)186例临床资料,探讨射频消融术的治疗效果及安全性。方法回顾分析射频消融术治疗阵发性室上性心动过速186例结果,根据体表心电图和心内电生理检查结果进行射频消融术。结果房室结折返性心动过速66例,总成功率98.5%,复发率1.5%。房室折返性心动过速120例,总成功率95.8%,复发率3.5%。术中一过性Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞1例,术后下肢深静脉血栓1例。结论射频消融术是根治阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)一种安全有效的方法,成功率高,并发症少。
Objective Through the summary of 186 cases of information about adiofrequency catheter ablation（RFCA）treatment for paroxysmal supraventrieular tachycardia（PSVT）, to discuss treatment and security of radiofrequency eatheterablation.Methods Retrospective analysis of radiofrequency catheter ablation treatment of paroxysmal ：supraventricular tachycardia results of the i86 cases,of which 89 eases of male,female 97 cases.aged 15 to 80 years old.RFCA was used for these cases according to the surface ECG and cardiac electrophysiology test. Results Atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia in 66 cases, the total success rate of 98.5percent. 1.5 percent relapse rate.Atrioventrieular reentrant tachycardia in 120 eases.The total success rate is 95.8 percent, 3.5 percent relapse rate. Transient Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block during surgery occurred in i case. deep-vein thrombosis after surgery occurred in 1 case Conclusion RFCA is a radical way for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia（PSVT） ,it is a safe and effcctive method witll high success rate,fewer complications.
