布地奈德吸入剂治疗老年人哮喘54例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察布地奈德吸入剂治疗老年人哮喘的疗效。方法选自2004年1月至2007年1月住院老年患者54例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在抗感染治疗基础上吸入布地奈德气雾剂;对照组则采用治疗组中除布地奈德外其它治疗。分别在治疗前后测FEV1(1分钟用力呼气量),另观察两组日间哮喘症状、夜间憋醒次数和安全性等。结果经治疗12周后,治疗组的FEV1较对照组显著增加(P<0.05),日间哮喘症状评分、夜间憋醒次数等也较对照组有显著改善。结论布地奈德气雾剂对于控制老年患者哮喘症状、减少发作具有良好疗效,且治疗耐受性好。
