摘要
以喹喔啉-2-甲醛或2-苯基-1,2,3-三唑基-4-甲醛为原料与二胺缩合制备了一系列新的双席夫碱,再分别与巯基乙酸进行1,3-偶极环加成反应得到双-噻唑啉酮衍生物,其组成及结构经元素分析、IR和1HNMR、MS测试技术得以确证。
Condensation of diamine with quinoxaline-2-carboxaldehyde or 2-phenyl-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxaldehyde gave a series of new bis-Schiff bases, which then were reacted with mercaptoacetic acid to afford bisthiazolidinone derivatives by 1,3-dipolar eycloaddition. The compositions and structures of the new compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR and MS.
