宾馆的微机管理是提高宾馆综合效益的必要手段，根据宾馆的工作特点设计的宾馆微机网络综合管理系统，由总经理总控系统及仓库管理、电话控制、财务管理、服务各部门管理系统等构成，各部分之间具有相互联系，又各具特点，具有实际的应用功能．
The computer network management is an important means for improving the comprehensive efficiency of hotel. This article introduces the construction and functions of the management system which is designed by the author.
