8例胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的诊治体会 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析8例胰腺实性假乳头状瘤患者的临床资料。男女比例为1:7,平均27.3岁;2例位于胰头部,2例位于胰体部,4例位于胰尾部,肿瘤最大直径5～16cm,平均7.8cm。结果1例胰头部SPTP行胰十二指肠切除术,2例胰尾部SPTP行胰体尾加脾脏切除术,其余5例行肿瘤局部切除术;手术均顺利,8例患者均随访,随访时间为11个月至9年,均健在,术后腹部B超或CT检查均未发现肿瘤复发或转移。结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤好发于青年女性,手术切除率高,预后良好。
