摘要
目前的组态软件受制于硬件驱动,OPC技术的提出可以解决这一问题。本文介绍了OPC技术的产生背景和规范,以及OPC技术在DeviceNet现场总线系统中的实现。设计出基于OPC技术在DeviceNet现场总线控制系统图。详细论述了OPC客户端的开发思想,使用Visual C++编程语言设计了基于Woodhead的OPC数据服务器的客户端上位机软件。经过工业现场的使用证明,开发的客户端软件界面丰富,监控软件不会更改硬件通讯协议。
The current monitoring software is constrained by hardware drive, which can be solved by OPC technology. The OPC technology and realization of OPC technology to the DeviceNet field bus control system are introduced. The frame of DevieeNet field bus control system based on OPC technology is provided. The idea of OPC client is detailed. A customer monitoring software based on Woodhead's OPC data server is designed. The OPC client software is proved that it has good interface windows and needn't change as the change of hardware's communication protocol.
