摘要
提出以compact Field Point分布式I/O实时系统、PCI多功能数据采集系统、SCXI信号调理系统以及磁滞测功机为核心电机测控系统硬件体系;选用LabVIEW和LabVIEWRT作为软件开发平台,TCP/IP协议为通讯基础,实现了测试数据的远程共享和分布式远程测控软件系统,最后对系统中采用的PID控制和曲线拟合算法进行了描述和对测试结果进行分析。
Motor measurement and control hardware architecture is proposed consisting of compact Field Point distributed real-time I/O system, PCI muhifunction data acquisition system, SCXI signal conditioning system and dynamometer. According to selected hardware configuration, LabVIEW and LahVIEW RT module are chosen as the software development platform arid TCP/IP protocol as the network communication method to implement remote data sharing and distributed measurement and control. Finally, PID control and curve fitting algorithm are discussed together with testing data analysis.
