摘要
介绍了一种采用公共直流母线和矢量变频技术的高速交流复卷机电气控制系统。该系统采用SIEMENS公司的整流回馈单元和矢量控制变频器来实现多传动控制思想。主传动和辅助传动的数据处理都由SIEMENSS7-414-2PLC来完成,各点间的数据通讯通过PROFIBUS-DP现场总线来实现。该系统经过安装调试,运行稳定、良好。
This article introduces an electric control system of a high-speed AC rewinder which adopts Common-DC-bus and vector-transducer. This system adopts rectifier/ regenerative feedback unit and vector control DC-AC inverter which made by SIEMENS to realize the control idea of muhi-drive. The data of master driver and assistant driver are all managed by SIEMENS S7-414-2 PLC, the data communication of each point are realized by PROFIBUS-DP field-bus. Via installing and debugging this control system, it runs well.
