摘要
数控钻机PLC系统通常用厂家的编程软件如SIEMENS ProTool或WinCC等进行HMI人机界面的组态,为不受编程软件的组态限制,在工控机上采用SIEMENS SlotPLCs插槽式PLC,通过其开放的ODK系统使用VC++编程语言开发集控制、应用和高端程序于一体的管控一体化软件系统,总结这种编程方法,并应用在中石化赴美的70DB数控钻机控制系统的设计上,取得良好效果。
The configuration of HMI human-computer interface on PLC system of numerical control rig is made by SIEMENS ProTool or WinCC programme software. For not be restricted by programme software,the SIEMENS SlotPLCs PLC was adopted in IPC. The software system with manage and control was developed by VC++ programme language by ODK system. This programme method was cleaned up and applied in design of 70DB numerical control rig control system,and good effect was acquired.
