摘要
通过研究河南油田稠油储层注蒸汽过程中的水岩反应、水液反应、原油组分变化和沥青沉积等因素引起的储层物性变化,总结分析了稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐储层伤害机理及物性变化规律。研究结果表明,稠油油藏注蒸汽过程中,岩石和黏土溶解量和转化量随温度及pH值的增加而增加,新生矿物、沉淀物、沥青沉积等在储层内的运移造成储层孔隙堵塞;同时,大量沥青沉积造成储层润湿反转,使渗流阻力增加,造成储层物性伤害。稠油油藏注蒸汽后,储层的孔隙度、渗透率有所增加,而剩余油仍集中于油藏大孔道地层内。
The characteristics of reservoir properties during injection steam were studied with high temperature and high pressure physical simulation experiments. The factors of influencing reservoir properties include water-rock reaction,water-liquid reaction,petroleum composition variation and asphalt deposition when steam and hot water migrate in heavy oil formation. The mechanisms of formation damage and the characteristics of reservoir property variation were analyzed in heavy oil reservoir during steam stimulation. The results showed that the solubility of rock and clay in reservoir increased with temperature and PH value increasing. Formation pores were blocked owing to the migration of new minerals,deposits and asphalt deposition in reservoir. A great deal of asphalt deposition alters formation wettability to increase seepage resistance and to damage reservoir properties. The porosity and permeability of reservoir are increased after injecting steam and remaining oil still gathers in large and middle pore in heavy oil reservoir.
