摘要
新场气田上沙溪庙组气藏属中孔、低渗孔隙性储层,孔隙喉道小,水敏性较强,压裂液返排排驱压力高,压裂液返排困难,易形成水锁伤害,采用常规压裂工艺技术难以获得理想的增产效果;为此研究并现场应用了CO2泡沫压裂技术,现场试验表明CO2泡沫压裂技术能减少进入地层的水基压裂液量,提供地层液体返排的能量,达到了压裂液自喷、快速、多排的目的,从而降低了压裂液对储层的二次伤害,提高了低渗透致密气藏的压裂效果。
Upper Shaximiao gas reservoir in Xinchang gas field is mesoporosity,low permeability and porosity reservoir. The pore-throat is small and the water sensitivity is strong. The high drainage pressure results in fracturing fluid flowback difficult and water-locked injury of formation. The conventional fracturing technology is difficult to get the ideal effect for increasing production. So,the carbon dioxide foam fracturing technology was developed. The field test showed that the CO2 foam fracturing technology could reduce the water-based fracturing fluid volume into formation. It provided the flowback energy for the fracturing liquid,thus decreasing the secondary damage on the reservoir,raising the fracturing effect for low permeability and tight gas reservoir.
