摘要
采用正交组合设计，研究在模拟洪涝条件下棉花体内总糖含量与产量的关系，结果表明：在洪涝条件下，随淹水深度和时间的增加，棉花产量及其叶片中的糖含量随之降低；对于不同生育期洪涝胁迫，以蕾期产量和总糖含量降低最多；棉花叶片的总糖含量与其产量之间存在很显著相关。
Studied is the relation between the yield and carbohydrate content of cotton under flood condition. The results are as follows.The yield and the carbohydrate content in leaves decrease with the increase in depth and days of submergence, reducing maximally at the square period and with significant correlation (r=0.7369). Thus, the results show that the carbohyrate content in the leaves could be taken for index to predict the yield of cotton flooded.
