摘要
利用扫描电镜对冷型小麦及对照品种旗叶的比较观察表明,冷型小麦叶表具有蜡质,气孔微凹陷分布于表皮细胞间,叶上表皮中分布有泡状细胞等形态特征,是其适于北方非灌区种植的结构基础;与对照小麦相比,冷型小麦叶表的蜡质较薄,泡状细胞的数目较少,体积也较小,这正是其利于水分散失、蒸腾,从而导致冠层温度较低的结构基础。透射电镜对研究材料叶肉细胞的观察表明,冷型小麦比对照品种的叶绿体在灌浆后期衰亡解体较晚,故旗叶具有较长的功能期。可见,冷型小麦的旗叶将既要适应缺水,又要高效蒸腾这两方面矛盾高度地协调统一。
bservation to the flag leaves of the cold typical wheat show,which leaves surface have culticle,lowlying stomas and bulliform cells,compared with contrast,it have less cuticle and smaller bulliform cells,this feature is the structural basis of it adapt planing noirrigate fields,and it have lower tempeature.The result show the chloroplast of cold typical wheat is disintegrate later than contrast,therefore,which have longer functional period leaves,and become a higher yield variety.
