摘要
贮藏期间,杀菌剂处理可以推迟采后菠萝可溶性糖含量的减少,而对可滴定酸含量没有明显的影响。采后贮前加热40℃24h处理的菠萝,其可溶性糖、可滴定酸等营养成分的变化与对照果实没有明显差异。与对照果实相比较,GA3处理果实除可溶性糖含量下降明显减少之外,可滴定酸和抗坏血酸含量显著增加。
The treatment of fungicides might decrease the drop of content of soluble sugars of treated pineapple fruits during storage, and no effect on titratible acids of treated fruitsIn direction of soluble sugars and titratible acids, there was no difference between the control fruits and the treated fruits with 40 ℃ for 24 hours at postharvest and before storageBesides the notable decrease of the drop of content of soluble sugars of fruit treated with GA3 , the content of titratible acids and ascorbic acid were increased markedly than control fruits without treatment.
