摘要
目的:探讨血管夹治疗活动性上消化道出血的效果。方法:用血管夹共治疗活动性上消化道出血31例。结果:在31例患者中,首次止血率达100%,再出血率19.4%,手术率9.7%,死亡率3.2%。结论:血管夹是一有效的治疗活动性上消化道出血的方法。
Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of hemoelip in the treatment of nonvarieeal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods：31 patients with nonvarieeal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were treated with hemoclip.Results：The rate of initial hemostasis was 100%, the rebleeding rate was 19.4% （6/31 ）, 3 patients were undergone surgery （9.7%）, the mortality rate was 3.2% （ 1/31 ）.Conclusion： Hemoclip is an effective method for the treatment of nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
