摘要
难治性及转移性甲状腺癌目前仍缺乏有效治疗手段。肿瘤分子生物学的研究促进了分子靶向治疗药物的发展，对于甲状腺癌新的治疗药物正在不断涌现，一些药物正在进行体外实验、动物移植瘤模型实验以及临床试验。本文旨在介绍甲状腺癌分子靶向治疗在基础研究和临床研究上所取得的进展。
