摘要
目的：研究孔源性视网膜脱离眼复位手术后功能恢复情况。方法：１６５只解剖复位的孔源性视网膜脱离眼术后半年行视力，矫正视力，眼底三面镜检查。其中５３例在术后不同时间行眼底荧光血管造影检查。结果：解剖复位后的视网膜功能恢复不甚理想，其影响因素有黄斑脱离及脱离的时间，术后黄斑前膜的形成。结论：对伴有黄斑脱离的孔源性视网膜脱离眼应尽快手术。
Objective: To study the function recovery after RRD surgery. Methods: 165 anatomical reattachment eyes were examined for the visual acuity, best corrective visual acuity and fundus six months after RRD surgery Fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)examinations were taken on 53 eyes in different time after operation. Results: The function recovery of anatomical reattachment eyes was not good, and macular detachment and macular pucker would affect the final function recovery. Conclusion: The RRD eyes with macular detachment must be operated on as soon as possible and heavy cryotherapy should be avoided.
