摘要
详细研究了ICP-AES同时测定铅钙合金中Sn,Ca,Al,Sb,As,Zn,Fe,Mn,Mg,Cr,Cd,Cu,Ag,Co和Ni等15种元素的非光谱干扰和光谱干扰,建立了数学校正干扰方程.采用此法分析,无须分离基体或基体匹配,就能消除基体中的干扰,并满足合金生产过程控制分析快速、准确的要求.用于实际样品测定,与基体匹配法比,分析结果更加精确.
pectral interferences and nonspectral interferences on the determination of fifteen elements(Sn,Ca,Al,Sb,As,Zn,Fe,Mn,Mg,Cr,Cd,Cu,Ag,Co,Ni) in PbCa alloy by ICPAES have been studied systematically,and correspond and mathematical carlibration method has been established.The analysis elements don′t need to separate from the matrix nor need to match matrix by using this method,which can eliminate interferences from matrix and meet the demands of speed and accuracy in alloy production process control analysis.The analytical data for real samples were found to agree with those obtained by matrix matching method.
