非理想双侧小腿残肢装配假肢及康复训练1例报道 被引量：1

摘要 某患者，女，24岁，于08年5月12日因地震被石块砸伤双下肢、胸背部等多处，后因伤口感染严重，于08年5月14日行“双侧小腿截肢术”，待病情稳定后于08年5月19日转至四川华西医院，继续进行抗炎、伤口换药等治疗；于08年5月22日转至佛山市中医院，于08年5月29日和6月16日进行“左小腿残端伤口二期扩创术”，后伤口情况好转，并给予康复功能训练。为进一步提高康复治疗效果，患者于2008年7月31日入住本院继续接受康复治疗。
