矿产资源是人类社会赖以生存和发展的物质基础，开发利用中的传统增长方式和管理模式面临市场经济的挑战。对矿产资源实行资产化管理是我国经济与社会可持续发展的自身需要和必然选择，是资源保护和可持续利用的有效途径。
Mineral resources is the material base of existence and development for the mankind. The traditional increase pattern and management form in its exploitation are facing the challenge of market oriented economy.Property management for mineral resources is the need and the selection of sustainable development for economy and society,and is the effective way of protection and sustainable utilization for mineral resources.
