摘要
阶段强制崩落法是一种传统的高效采矿法。在试验研究中,对这种传统采矿法设计了新颖的采场底部结构;采用了振动出矿、最小矿岩接触面等技术措施和适宜的凿岩爆破参数;在实验室放矿模拟的基础上,开发了放矿控制计算机软件,对放矿作业实行科学化管理。试验取得了较好的技术经济指标和显著的经济效益,证明振动出矿崩落法是一种经济、安全、高效的采矿方法。
orced block caving mining is a traditional highlyeffective mining method.In the process of experimental study,for the traditional mining method a novel stope bottom structure was designed,the some technical measures such as vibration oredrawing and minimum orerock contact face were adopted,and proper drilling/blasting parameters were used,a computer software for oredrawing control was developed on the basis of oredrawing simulation in laboratory as to realize scientific control to oredrawing operation.Better technical and economic targets and prominent economic benifits were achieved through experiments and it was poved that the block caving mining with vibration oredrawing was an economic,safe and highly effective mining method
