摘要
结合水产养殖业的显著性特征分析,本文构建了水产养殖生产经营模型,通过数理分析揭示了市场经济条件下水产养殖生产经营的本质;进而结合未来我国现代渔业的发展要求,通过比较静态分析,揭示了新时期我国水产养殖业的发展路径,并从七个方面阐述了未来促进我国渔业发展"两确保、两促进"目标实现的政策选择重点。
According to aquaculture remarkable character, author has proposed establishing aquaculture production and management model. Author has also revealed the essence of aquaculture production and management under the market economy conditions through mathematical analysis. Then, under the future development requirements of modem fishery in China, author has analyzed the development path of aquaculture in China in the new century though comparable analysis. Finally, author has selected key policies to realize objectives of improving aquaculture future development in China from seven aspects.
