摘要
改革开放以来，我国的经济建设取得了举世公认的成就，但经济增长方式比较粗放，实现经济快速增长付出的代价过大。十七大报告在全面把握我国经济发展规律的基础上，从当前的发展实际出发，将“转变经济增长方式”改为“转变经济发展方式”。这种改动是我们党对经济发展规律认识的又一次飞跃，对我国现代化建设有重要的意义。
Since the reform and opening, China has acquired universally acknowledged achievements in economic construction, but the economic increasing mode is comparatively extensive, and the cost of rapid economic growth is excessively large. Upon comprehensively grasping the rules of economic development, the report of the 17^th People＇ s Congress alters ＂Transforming Economic Increasing Mode＂ to ＂Transforming Economic Developing Mode＂ The great alteration of connotation is another improvement of our party in cognition of the rules of economic development, which has great significance to the modem construction of China.
