摘要
目的：探讨断指再植后吻合血管因素与血流平衡的关系。方法：对５４０指（３７５例）完全断指进行再植手术，通过发生静脉危象的８７指中吻合动、静脉条数及血管半径４次方和之比进行统计学处理并进行临床分析。结果：静脉危象与吻合动静脉条数之比，差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。吻合动静脉半径的４次方和之比呈显著的负相关（ｒ＝８，Ｒ＝０．８８，Ｐ＜０．０１，ｒ＝８，Ｒ＝０．６３，Ｐ＜０．０５）。发生静脉危象的临界值是动静脉半径４次方和之比小于０．８。结论：血管半径４次方和之比是判断再植手指的血流平衡的准确指标；再植时不能单纯考虑吻合血管的条数，而应同时考虑吻合血管的口径来判断手指的血流平衡。
Objective:To study the vessel factors and the blood flow banlance of replantation of complete amputated fingers Methods:375 cases (540 fingers) with complete digital amputation were replantated,in which 87digits occured venous crisis The ratio of which occured venous crisis were analysised on statistic and clinic,both on the numbers and on the sum of the fourth powers of radius Results:There were significant difference of the sum of the fourth power of radius( P <0 01),which on significant difference power of the numbers proprtion( P >0 05),when the ratio of sum of radius’ fourth powers is belows 0 8,The digits relantated didn’t take place venous crisis Conclusions:Exact index of the blood flow balance is the ratio of sum of radius’ fourth power
