中草药有效成分对于抗运动疲劳价值的初探 被引量:4

Chemical Examination of Chinese Traditional Medicine Eliminating Hydroxy Free Radical and Its Value on Anti-fatigue

摘要 自由基的产生是肌肉疲劳的主要原因之一.利用分光光度法测定了30种中药抗羟自由基的能力.然后利用蛙类的腓肠肌观测其中6种抗羟自由基能力较强的中药对肌肉连续单收缩维持能力的影响.结果表明这6种抗羟自由基能力较强的中药均有一定的延长肌肉收缩时间的作用.此结果提示测定体外抗羟自由基的能力有可能作为筛选抗疲劳中药的一种手段. The production of radicals is one of the reasons which lead to fatigue of muscle. In this experiment we determined the effect of 30 kinds of chinese traditional medicines eliminating hydroxy free radical by spectrophotometric method. Then we observed the effect of 6 kinds of all the chinese traditional medicines which have good ability of eliminating hydroxyl free radical on continuous contraction of batrachian gastrocnemius muscle. The results indicated that the 6 kinds of determined chinese traditional medcines all had some effect on prolonging the muscle contracting time. The results suggested that determination of chinese traditional medicine eliminating hydroxyl free radical in vitro might be one method for determing anti-fatigue Chinese traditional medicine.
