摘要
知识资源在知识经济时代的独特地位和重要性使得"知识管理"日益受到业界和学术界的关注。对国内外旅游业知识管理研究进展进行梳理和比较,以发现相关研究中的缺陷,从而为我国未来相关领域的研究提供新思路,并增强可操作性。研究发现,国内外学者主要在研究视角、研究方法、论文刊物等方面存在差异。国外学者对旅游业知识管理的理解往往从狭义角度出发,并出现了较多结合案例的实证研究,论文的质量和所发表的刊物档次较高。我国学者则多从广义的角度出发进行理论研究,实证研究十分缺乏。因此在未来的研究中应从狭义和广义两种视角出发综合考虑"旅游业知识管理"的含义,进行更多的实证研究,提升论文质量。
Knowledge resources occupy a unique place in the era of knowledge economy."Knowledge management" gets more and more attention from the practitioners and the academics.Many scholars at home and abroad wrote theseis in different aspects of KM in tourism,and held the opinion that knowledge Management can help tourism enterprises to fully utilize its operational and management-related knowledge in order to obtain competitive advantage.This paper retrospectes relevant researches on KM in tourism in China and abroad,sums up the key views of past researches,and makes a comparison between them in order to find the differences between Chinese and foreign scholars and the defects of past research.The main purposes of this paper are to outline the study progress of this topic,provide a new way for future related research,and enhance the manageability in KM in tourism industry.This study finds that the research perspective,research methods and papers are the main differences between the research in China and abroad(Taiwan scholars' opinion is different from that of Mainland,and is close to the foreign scholars).Concretely speaking,foreign scholars usually interpret the concept of KM in tourism from a narrow point of view,they think that KM is the management of knowledge process which include the collection,conversion,storage,transfer,sharing and use of knowledge.Foreign scholars makes many empirical researches by case studies as well as a large number of theory studies,such as research on concept,mode,process and segments,technique,and strategy of KM.Their papers are high quality and the most part were published in the top rank of periodicals.By contrast,Chinese scholars make many theoretical studies from a broad perspective;they think that the concept of KM is business management based on knowledge.The topics of Chinese studies are the relationship of Knowledge-based on economy and tourism industry,the concept,tactics and implement of KM,and KM in different tourism sectors.Though the amount of theoretical research was great,the relevant empirical study is extremely scanty,and almost no papers appear in the important domestic tourism research magazines.On the basis of above findings,this paper proposes that the concept of KM in tourism should be comprehensively thought from narrow and broad senses,more empirical studies should be done,and the quality of papers should be improved in the future.
