摘要
作为一个微观的空间区位概念,在现代经济社会变迁的宏观背景下,当代城市社区在快速发展中也发生了深刻的变迁:治理形态从"管治"到"自治";邻里关系从"解体"到"重构";社会阶层的空间分布则表现为分异与隔离。社区阶层化作为一个不可避免的客观趋势,它可能会导致阶层之间的隔离和冲突,因此,如何建设一个分异而不隔离的阶层体系,促进阶层和谐是建设和谐社会的一个重要课题。
As a microscopic space location conception, under macroscopic background of modern economic and society transition, contemporary city community takes place the profound transition during rapid development：governance form changes from administration to autonomy, neighborhood relationship changes from dissolution to reconstruction; space distribution of stratum shows as separation and isolation. As an inevitable objective trends community stratum may induce the isolation and conflict among stratums, therefore, how to build a separated but non -isolated stratum system and promote stratums harmony is an important issue to construct harmonious society.
