摘要
研究汽轮机低压转子焊缝狭窄部位超声波探伤工艺.采用小角度纵波探头,辅以直探头和一收一发双直探头,可对焊缝根部面状缺陷径向深度进行定量.
Ultrasonic inspection technology for the narrow section of a weld in low-pressure rotor of steam turbine is studied. Radial depth of plane flaw at the root of a weld can be quantitatively tested with a longitudinal wave probe assisted by a straight probe and receiving-transmitting straight probes.
