摘要
实践教学环境是应用型大学人才培养的必要条件和重要场所。目前我国应用型大学的实践教学环境建设在理念、内容、师资队伍和管理上还存在一系列问题,为此应围绕人才培养目标、实践教学内容体系、产学合作等来构建实践教学环境。如紧密结合学校学科专业建设建立实践教学环境建设实施规划;抓好项目论证评审;分层管理,抓好过程监控等。
Practical teaching environment is the necessary condition and location for cultivating talents at application-oriented universities. At present,there exist problems in terms of concept, content,teaching and management. Therefore,emphasis shall be placed on the objectives of talent cultivation,system and content of practical teaching, and the collaboration between educators and industries. This paper offers solutions to establishing environment for practical teaching at application-oriented universities from three levels,i.e, macro-level,in- between-level, and micro-level.
