摘要
云南地方猪种在生境、形态外貌、细胞遗传、血液蛋白等均表现出较丰富的多样性，但ｍｔＤＮＡ的变异度很低。结果分析表明，ｍｔＤＮＡ多态性的贫乏并不能代表云南猪种的群体结构单一，体现了猪种进化的不平行性，此现象很可能是长期以来人工强烈选择的结果。云南猪种具有适应当地生态环境、耐粗饲、抗逆性强等许多独特优良性状，因此，具有很高的保护、利用价值。
There is rich diversity in habitat,body state,karyotype,blood protein loci of Yunnan local pig breeds ,but the polymorphism inferred form restriction endonucleases analysis of mtDNA is scarce.These results indicated that the scarcemt NDA polymorphism cannot stand for single population structure within the Yunnan pig breeds .It revealed that evolution of pig breeds is not of the same level,which leaded by strong artificial selection since long time ago.Yunnan local pig breeds generally have the distinctive characteristics such as adaptation of loacal environment,resistance of crude feedstuff raising and adversity.It possesses great values of conservation and utilization.
