猪大肠杆菌高免鸡卵黄抗体的研制 被引量:5

摘要 用猪大肠杆菌K88、K99、987P标准菌株做成混合株油佐制剂免疫蛋鸡,以平板凝集试验定性高免鸡卵黄抗体对各菌株的凝集反应。结果表明,高免鸡卵黄抗体对标准菌株均产生明显的凝集,而未免对照鸡卵黄抗体不出现凝集;经醋酸纤维薄膜电泳分析高免鸡卵黄抗体的γ-球蛋白含量,也显示比未免对照鸡卵黄抗体有明显的提高。提示本研究的鸡高免卵黄中含有抗猪大肠杆菌的有效抗体。
