摘要
介绍了工业以太网和Profibus-DP现场总线的性能特点,重点阐述了基于工业以太网和Profibus-DP现场总线的DCS系统在给水装置上的组成和应用。介绍了网络的组建以及IP地址分配、上位机监控软件的数据库管理、组态控制算法、与下位机的通信以及下位机与远程I/O的通信。应用结果表明,系统控制性能良好,网络系统运行稳定、可靠,取得了预期的效益。
The performance features of industrial Ethernet and Profibus-DP fieldbus are introduced. The composition and application of the DCS based on industrial Ethernet and Profibus-DP fieldbus in feed water plant are described emphatically. The structure of the network,IP hddress allocation ,database management of host computers monitoring software, configuration control algorithm, the communication with slave computers and the communication between slave computers and remote I/Os are presented. The results of application indicate that the control performance of the system is excellent;the operation of network system is stable and reliable;the predicted effects are reached.
