摘要
SFBC/SFBT因其周期短、时效好、易操作等特点而广受欢迎,但由于缺乏深入的理论研究,对它的把握尚流于肤浅。作为一种后现代取向的心理咨询与治疗模式,SFBC/SFBT在对"心理问题"的界定、治疗焦点的选择、对医患关系的处理、评价效果的实践导向等方面体现出社会建构论的思想。理解其中的思想是掌握(这种)新的咨询与治疗技术的关键。
As a new model of psychotherapy, SFBC/SFBT has become popular for its advantages. However, due to its lack of systematic research in theory, people＇s understanding is superficial. In fact, SFI3C/SFBT has embodied the ideas of social construetionism in defining ＂mental problem＂, choosing counsel focus, managing relationship between client and therapist and so on. The good understanding of this is the key of commanding of SFBC/SFBT.
