摘要
介绍了智能化聚合酶链式反应(PCR)控制系统的硬、软件设计.根据硬件特点,对温有温度的控制策略进行了选择,在智能控制和经典控制方法相结合的基础上,采用了概率控制技术.
The design of the hardware and software of the intelligent polymerase chain reaction (PCR) control system is presented. The control strategy for breeding temperature is selected based on the features of the hardware. On the basis of the combination of intelligent control and conventional control, the probability control technology is adopted.
