摘要
采用文献资料法,对美国20世纪80年代以来学校健康体适能教育计划的开发状况和特点进行分析。认为:美国学校体育课程教育的重心从"提高体力"转向"增加身体活动"、确立"HELP"健身教育理念以及体适能教育计划开发类型的多样化等,推动美国学校健康体适能教育实践的发展。我国应重视学生健康体适能培养的教育实证研究,增加体育教学的运动学习时间。
The method of literature was used to make an analysis of general developmental situation and characteristics of Physical Fitness Education Program of Schools in USA since the eighties of the 20th century. It held that the core of the American school Physical Education curricular education changed from "enhancing physical strength" to "strengthening physical activities" and the establishment of " HELP" fitness education idea as well as diversified category of development of physical fitness program pushed forward the development of the American school physical fitness education practice and put forward the following suggestions for the development of school physical fitness education in our country: laying stress on the positive study of the education to students in training of physical fitness and increasing motor learning time in Physical Education teaching.
