摘要
振兴机床行业是国有企业改革的组成部分，而国有企业的改革、改组、改造和加强企业经营管理则应着眼于搞好整个国有经济。环顾处于世纪之交的我国机床行业，指出当务之急是搞好机床行业的改革、改组和改造；进行了案例分析，讨论了搞好大的，放活小的，加大技术改造力度和加强企业经营管理等问题。提出有关机床企业先进生产模式的初步看法。
Promotion of machine tool industry is one of the reform parts of the state enterprises, and the emphasis of reform, reorganization and transformation of state enterprises is put on the improvement of national economy. Being in the turn of the century, the conditions of China machine tool industry are discussed. It is pointed out that a task of top priority is to handle reform, reorganition and transformation of machine tool industry well. Case study is performed, making the large prosperous and the small survivalare,streng hen the technical transformation, management and administration of the enterprises are discussed.
