摘要
采用平板抑菌法和液体试管法来研究复合益生菌对蜡样芽胞杆菌和伤寒沙门菌的作用。另外,通过提取复合益生菌与肠道病毒作用前后的总RNA并用RT-PCR扩增-琼脂糖凝胶电泳的方法来研究两者的作用。结果显示,复合益生菌对致病性蜡样芽胞杆菌和伤寒沙门菌具有明显的抑制作用,对肠道病毒具有杀灭作用。
The inhibition zone and liquid tube methods was used to test the effects of complex probiotics on Bacillus cereus and Salmonella typhi. Besides, the interaction between complex probiotics and enteroviruses were determined by extracting total RNA,followed by RT-PCR agarose gel electrophoresis method. The result showed that the complex probiotics had an obvious antibacterial and viricidal activities to the two testing bacteria and enteroviruses respectively.
