摘要
用紫外分光光度法测定莲心碱片的含量。在１５．０～５０.０μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内，线性关系良好，平均回收率为１００．３７％，ＲＳＤ为０．４９％。方法简单，快速，准确，可作为成品质量控制。
The content of liensinine tablets was determined by UV-spectrophotometric method. The linear relationship was good within the concentra- tion range of 15-50μg/ml,The average recovery was 100. 37%. RSD was 0.49%. The method was simple rapid and accurate, This method can be used for the quality control of the tablets of Liensinine.
