DPP-4抑制剂的多中心临床试验研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 DPP－4抑制剂是近年来上市的新一类口服降糖药物，它通过提高糖尿病患者自身胰岛BN胞产生胰岛素的能力，在血糖升高时增加胰岛素的分泌。进食后，机体胃肠内分泌细胞分泌两种肠促胰素：胰升血糖素样肽－1（GLP－1）和肠抑胃肽，它们能促进胰岛BN胞分泌胰岛素，而这些肠促胰素容易被DPP－4很快降解。DPP－4抑制剂的主要作用在于减少GLP－1的降解，延长其活性，使之持续分泌胰岛素，并减少肝脏葡萄糖的合成，从而控制糖尿病患者的血糖水平。
