摘要
影响转子热应力的因素有很多,除了蒸汽温升率以外还有蒸汽对转子体的放热系数、转子材料的导热率、导温系数、弹性模量以及热膨胀系数等。在机组的变工况运行,特别是在启停中这些系数将经历大范围的变化。因此转子热应力的在线监控系统必须适应这种情况。本文为此提供了一种适应上述系数变化的热应力在线监控模型。
There are many factors influencing on thermal stress in steam turbine rotors,such as heat transfer coefficient,thermal conductivity,modulus of elasticity and linear thermal coefficient of expansion,besides the steam temperature changing rate.During the unit's non stationary operations,especially startup and shutdown,those coefficients vary considerably,which the thermal stress on line monitoring system should take into consideration.A method to deal with such a problem is presented with felicity in this paper.
